1. Your deposit secures your event date and is non-refundable.
2. Full payment must be made by the specified date or your order is canceled.
3. Changes to cake size, style, or flavors must be finalized by the final payment date.
4. Date changes can only be accommodated if made more than 2 weeks before the event, subject to availability.
5. We are not responsible for any cake damage after delivery/setup/pickup.
6. If damage occurs before the event, we may repair it for a fee, if possible.
7. You assume liability once you or your representative pick up the cake.
8. We may make slight design changes if necessary. We may photograph cakes for promotional purposes.
9. Our products may contain allergens; inform your guests and hold us harmless for allergies.
10. Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds vary based on notice period.
11. Our ability to fulfill the agreement is subject to circumstances beyond our control
