Booking

**1. Medical and Emergency Declaration**

- A medical & emergency declaration must be signed during our initial meet & greet. The dog owner hereby authorises Paws & Paddock Ltd. to make decisions on any treatment for their dog(s) in case of a medical emergency. The dog owner is responsible for any costs associated with treatments that exceed the insured amount of £1250 per dog, provided by Paws & Paddock Ltd.

- All insurance claims related to veterinary fees through PetPlan are subject to a £50 excess fee, which the dog owner will cover.

- The dog owner agrees not to hold Paws & Paddock Ltd. and its staff accountable for any loss, theft, or injury to their dog(s).

- The dog owner declares that the medical history provided for their dog(s) is accurate and acknowledges that providing incorrect information may void any insurance claim. In such cases, the dog owner will be liable for all costs associated with treatment and medical expenses.

**2. Insurance Coverage**

- Paws & Paddock Ltd. is fully insured with Key Cover, Public Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and Care, Custody, and Control of Animals Insurance. If you require details of any of these policies, we will gladly provide them upon request.

**3. Keys Policy**

- Paws & Paddock Ltd. is happy to securely hold keys to your property in our secure key locker. Our insurance policy includes coverage for the "Loss or Theft of Keys used in connection with your business" with an insured sum of £10,000.

- If you do not wish for Paws & Paddock Ltd. to hold your keys, please inform us of your preferred alternative arrangement.

**4. Payment Policy**

- Payment is required one week in advance of the services provided. Failure to make timely payment will result in the cancellation of your booking for that week, and we cannot guarantee availability if cancellation occurs.

- Payments for block bookings need to be made upon receipt of invoice. 

- We will provide 24 hours' notice of the payment deadline if payment has not been received.

- Payments can be made via cash or BACS 

**5. Cancellation Policy**

**Customer Cancellation Policy:**

  - More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

  - Up until midnight the day before: 50% charge.

  - Same-day cancellation: Full payment required.

- **Paws & Paddock Cancellation Policy:**

  - We will make any cancellation as early as possible, and any prepaid days will be rescheduled.
